Both our villas lie right on the lake in the beautiful Oak Island Harbor and Cove neighborhoods. The neighborhoods are less than 10 minutes from Disney World's main gate.

4 minutes from the villas, along Hwy 192 there is a flurry of restaurants, Disney gift stores, grocery stores and a Walmart Supercenter.

Universal Studios just over 20 minutes away. Orlando International Airport is an easy 30 minutes drive.

Our villas have easy access to both east and west coast beaches, with Cocoa and Clearwater beaches reachable in just over an 1 hour drive.
